Why there are no prices on this site

GPU servers are configured products whose cost moves with manufacturer pricing, allocation, currency and the exact bill of materials, and the same system with a different memory or drive configuration can differ by a wide margin. A published price would be wrong for most buyers most of the time. What we commit to instead is a complete quotation within one business day, with every line itemized, so that you can compare it with anyone else's and know exactly what you are buying. This guide explains how to get that quotation quickly and how to read it.

Three ways to ask

The quote list

Every product page has an Add to quote list button. As you browse, the list builds in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere. When you are ready, open the quote list, set a quantity on each line, fill in the end user, deployment country and site, timeline, your name, company and email, and press Send. That opens an email in your own mail client with everything filled in, which you can edit before sending. Copy as text does the same into your clipboard if you prefer to paste into a ticket or a message.

Request a quotation from a product page

Each product page also has a Request a quotation button that opens an email for that one product, with lines for quantity, end user, deployment country and site, and timeline. It is the fastest route when you know what you want.

What to include

Missing details are not a problem. We fill them with sensible defaults and state the assumptions on the quotation so you can correct them.

What the quotation contains

A quotation from Computer Modules lists each system as a configured bill of materials: chassis class, GPUs, CPUs, memory, drives, network adapters, power supplies, rails and cables, with the firmware baseline and the operating system or bare state you asked for. It states the warranty term and any onsite options, the acceptance testing included (HW-1 to HW-5 for GPU servers, described on the services page), shipping terms and destination, the availability label and the expected delivery window, the validity period of the quotation, and the deposit and payment terms under our terms of sale. For data center GPUs it also lists the registration details we will need, so that nothing is a surprise at order time.

What happens after you accept

You send a purchase order referencing the quotation and the deposit it states. We confirm the order, run the restricted party screening and send the end user registration form, which takes a few minutes to complete. Components are ordered or allocation is drawn, the manufacturer configures the system to the agreed specification, it is tested, and you receive the acceptance report before shipment. Our customs broker prepares documents for Canadian shipments ahead of pickup. From there the carrier's tracking tells you when to expect delivery, and our support team is one email away for RMA or questions.

Comparing quotations from several suppliers

Compare like with like: GPU edition and count, memory capacity and speed, number and class of NVMe drives, the fabric adapters, the warranty term, and whether burn in and acceptance testing are included or extra. A lower figure that omits testing, rails or the second power supply is not lower. If you send us another supplier's bill of materials we will quote the same configuration line by line and point out any differences in plain words.

FAQ

How long is a quotation valid?

The validity period is stated on the quotation and depends on the components. Allocation products carry shorter validity because manufacturer pricing moves; workstations and PCIe servers carry longer.

Can I get a budgetary figure before a formal quotation?

Yes. Say that you need a budgetary estimate for planning and we will send a range with the assumptions, followed by a formal quotation when the configuration settles.

Do you quote to universities and government buyers?

Yes. We provide quotations in the format procurement offices require, supply W-9 and vendor registration documents, and can provide specification language for sole source justifications where the configuration supports it.
