How to reach us

Email is the fastest route. Write to sales@computermodules.com and you will have a reply, usually a full quotation, within one business day. If you prefer to talk, call (858) 613-1818 during business hours and ask for sales. Either way you will deal with someone who configures systems, not a call center.

Sales hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific. Email sent outside those hours is picked up the next business morning.

Collections and supplier deliveries are by appointment. Please do not send equipment without an RMA or purchase order reference, as unreferenced shipments are refused at the dock.

What to include in a quotation request

A complete request gets a complete quotation on the first pass. Include as much of this as you know; we fill the gaps with sensible defaults and say which ones we assumed.

• Product or GPU. The system class from this site, for example an 8 GPU HGX B300 AI server, or just the GPU you want and a GPU count, and we propose the chassis.
• Quantity. Number of systems, or number of GPUs if you are thinking in GPUs.
• End user. The organization that will own and operate the equipment, if that is not you. Data center GPUs are registered to the end user before they ship.
• Deployment country and site. The country and the delivery address, and whether the site is your own facility or a colocation facility you use.
• Timeline. When you need the equipment racked and running, and whether that date is fixed by a contract or a project start.
• Power and cooling constraints. Power available per rack in kW, air or liquid cooling, and any rack depth or weight limits. An 8 GPU HGX node needs several times the power of a conventional server, so this changes the recommendation more than anything else.
• Financing interest. Whether you also want a lease quotation through one of our leasing partners alongside the purchase quotation.

If you have a bill of materials from another supplier, send it and we will quote like for like. If you have a workload description instead, send that and we will size the system against it using the sizing guide.
