Overview
This node brings Hopper HBM3e capacity to a PCIe server. Eight H200 NVL cards give 1.1 TB of GPU memory at 4.8 TB/s per card, and NVLink bridges join the cards in two groups of four at 900 GB/s per GPU, so a 70B or 180B class model runs inside one bridge group without crossing PCIe. The remaining traffic uses PCIe Gen5 switches and 400 Gb/s adapters.
It suits inference and fine tuning teams that want HBM bandwidth and large context windows in standard air cooled racks, and MIG support with up to seven instances per GPU makes it a strong multi tenant platform. Supply follows NVIDIA allocation for H200 NVL, so the class is listed as available on request and we confirm configuration and timing with each quotation.
Hosts are dual AMD EPYC 9005 or Intel Xeon 6 with DDR5 to 2 TB, mirrored boot and up to eight U.2 NVMe drives. Four ConnectX-7 adapters at 400 Gb/s provide GPUDirect RDMA into the fabric. Plan for about 6.5 kW per node in four rack units.
Use cases
- Large context inference
- Fine tuning on HBM memory
- Multi tenant inference with MIG
- RAG and retrieval pipelines
