Clock output connectors are available on a two pin connector on the following cards with Tx function:

DVB Master FD-B (J5)
DVB Master FD-2 (J8)
DVB Master LP (J1)
DVB Master III Tx (J5)

Clock input connectors are available on the same type of connector on the following Rx cards
DVB Master Q/i. (J7)

The clock and ground signals (two wires) must be connected between the the Tx and Rx boards. We can supply a small cable to do this. When connected this way, the two boards will share the same clock signal. Note that more than one Rx card can be chained together. We have used up to three, giving twelve inputs.

The ASI Tx function boards always transmit the clock signal, so there is no need to program them to do this.

The Q/i board has to be programmed to use the external clock signal. We can supply a patch for our Linux driver that enables the Rx clock from the connector to be used.
