True High Definition
(1080i or 1080p), Standards Based (MPEG-2), Real Time, Low Latency,
IP based Video Conferencing System building blocks that can be used
by corporations and OEMs to build High End Telepresence systems
that provide maximum value to the demanding end user. The core offering
is an HD MPEG-2 encoder with IP output. The latency can be as low
as 60 milliseconds. The complementary component for video conferencing
is a real time HD MPEG-2 decoder that also features low latency
of 100 milliseconds. Supports any single or 3 chip HD camera with
HD-SDI output. Requires 16 Mbps dedicated IP unicast or multicast
connection. The resultant video and audio is sharp and crisp and
is ideal for use with large screen projectors or HD monitors. "Build
