ATSC Input Device. Samsung receiver with 8VSB input and DVI or Component output for the continuous reception of HD Transport Streams via our T Streamers. Appropriate to use with most HD monitors that lack ATSC Tuners. This is a commercial, off the shelf, ATSC tuner that is also available in most Electronic Stores.
