Real Time SMPTE 310M (ATSC) Transport Stream to DVB ASI converter with front panel control and Dual ASI outputs

Real Time DVB ASI to SMPTE 310M (ATSC) transport stream converter with real time up conversion and remuxing via temp controlled crystal to 19.39 Mbps . This means it will convert any TS less than 19.3 Mbps to an ATSC standard compliant stream.
